September 12, 2003. In Broumov, Czech and Polish student met Franck Biancheri who introduced his Vision 2020 and 14 Proposals for democratic Europe. At the meeting took part together with Franck Biancheri: Mr. Komarek - project Centrum of Internet, Mayor of Broumov Dr. Ruckova, representative of Nova Ruda Mr. Sojka and Josef Marek, President of Stenava Association, which organized the meeting.
